What is it?
It´s a task created for clinic medical support team.
This task is received by aforementioned team in a specific
inbox and they must follow up on request with in 24
hours.
What type of requests can we send in a MST reminder?
We can send any requests that we are not able to fulfill or resolve in a call.
The most common requests are: message for doctors,
pharmacist´s messages and pending forms to be filled inquiries.
