Our purchasing department is part of the company corporate departments. All purchases made are for the all clinics, call center
and corporate office as well, such as medical supplies and services, inspections, repairs, utility, office supplies, maintenance, etc.

Our purchasing department is divided in two different sections:

Medical Supplies and Non-Medical

MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Provider calls to offer medical service or
medical product.
(this comprehends OBGYN products,
orthopedics products, injectable, vaccines,
Rx pads, annual medical inspections,
medical devices, medical calibration,
biohazard waste, medical repair, vaccine
refrigeration, etc.)
• Provider calls to offer medical samples
• Provider call to inquire about medical
procedures, guidelines or anything that might
pertain to an inspection or audit
• Provider calls regarding our Biohazard
waste
• Provider call regarding an order for status,
shipping, tracking etc.
• Provider calls to inquire about doing a
partnership with clinic

NON MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Provider called to offer office supplies
• Provider called to offer office supplies samples
• Provider calling regarding clinic utilities
• Provider calls regarding clinic maintenance or
any other cleaning service
• Provider calls to offer building material or
services
• Provider call offering promotional service for
company
• Call regarding company vehicles
• Calls regarding any car rental service
• Calls regarding mobile phone service or from
Verizon
• Calls regarding printing and printer service or supplies
