Quality Surveys

What are they?

It´s a series of questions designed to gather information from out patients with the aim of analyzing their level of satisfaction.

What does the QS team do?

They call patients (preferably on the week of last appointment) to collect information regarding the service they received.

If necessary, the appropriate department would be notified for follow up.

What to do if you receive a call?

Usually patients state "i received a call and wasn't able to pick up"
